ReCraft is an experimental neighborhood cocktail bar in Quezon City founded by bartender Cedric Mendoza and operator Lester Fuentes. The venue offers world-class cocktails crafted with locally-sourced Filipino ingredients including calamansi, tamarind, and coconut, creating drinks that are both visually striking and palate-forward. Opened in 2024 at 39 Scout Tobias, ReCraft also features elevated bar food and comfort dishes, with offerings including the new Nikka Room—the country's first dedicated Nikka whisky bar—showcasing the venue's commitment to innovative spirits programming alongside its ever-rotating cocktail menu.
