Civility & Unrest is a James Beard Award-recognized speakeasy-inspired lounge in Bellevue's Lincoln Square, conceived by chef Jason Wilson, offering two distinct experiences under one roof. The main bar specializes in vintage spirits, local craft distillers, Champagne, and sparkling selections alongside Northwest-inspired craft cocktails, with small bites curated to complement the drinks. The upscale venue features elegant design with murals, pendant lighting, and wooden barrels creating an intimate, New York-inspired atmosphere. The semi-private Unrest space operates Thursday through Saturday evenings, while the main Civility bar serves Tuesday–Saturday from 4 pm to midnight.
