Los Gatos Soda Works occupies a historic building at 21 College Avenue that manufactured and bottled its own unique soda from 1907 to 1937, now combining cocktail culture with state-of-the-art techniques and equipment. The bar creates uniquely imaginative cocktails and an array of small plates designed to intrigue and entice, including the nationally recognized 'A Man and His Mule' featuring bright citrus, pink peppercorn heat, and ginger finish.
