The Speakeasy Lab at Deacon Giles Distillery in Salem, Massachusetts, serves as both an in-house bar and laboratory for crafting cocktails centered around the distillery's own spirits since Repeal Day, December 5th, 2016. The venue features two distinct spaces: an intimate bar lounge where bartenders prepare drinks front-and-center, and the Island Lounge with tropical vibes for live entertainment and larger groups. Operating Monday and Thursday from 5–11 pm and Friday–Saturday from 2–11 pm, the bar showcases cocktails made exclusively from Deacon Giles' gin, vodka, rum, and specialty spirits, complemented by regular live music and special events.
