Henry Deane is a contemporary rooftop cocktail lounge at the Hotel Palisade in Millers Point, spreading across levels 4 and 5 with plush seating and open-air balconies offering harbour and skyline views. Designed by Sibella Court, the space features pink-leather sofas, copper furnishings, double-hung windows and marble finishes, paying homage to Australian engineer-architect Henry Deane Walsh. The menu offers small and large shareable dishes including oysters and pork belly, complemented by crafted signature cocktails and an extensive wine list, making it an ideal venue for intimate gatherings or group bookings of 10–50 guests.
