18.68 Cocktail Bar, located at the Bairro Alto Hotel in Lisbon's historic Largo Barão de Quintela, elegantly fuses Portuguese heritage with contemporary mixology. The refined space features high ceilings, stone floors and counters, dark wood walls, and leather furnishings reminiscent of a modern Parisian brasserie. Bartender Tiago Santos created an innovative menu of 68 drinks including 18 full-strength, alcohol-free, and low-ABV cocktails, alongside Portuguese and international liqueurs, natural wines, and premium spirits. The snack menu, crafted by BAHR chef Bruno Rocha, features Portuguese and Japanese-inspired small plates such as cured red mullet on toast with fennel and orange. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 4 PM to 1 AM, 18.68 offers an elevated cocktail experience grounded in Portuguese sophistication and global spirits expertise.
