67 Orange Street is a Harlem speakeasy established in 2008 and named after Almack's Dance Hall, one of the first Black-owned bars in 19th-century New York City. The legendary two-story bar played a pivotal role in sparking the craft cocktail movement in Uptown Manhattan. It features Prohibition-era details and serves classic cocktails with modern twists, many named in homage to Black history, such as The Color Purple. The bar has since reopened at Back Bar for a limited time with the original bartenders, remaining a staple in Harlem's nightlife.
