Affini is a dynamic cocktail bar and restaurant in Turin's San Salvario neighborhood, opened fifteen years ago with a passion for traditional liquors, overseas distillates, spices, herbs, and tinctures. Head bartender Michele Marzella curates a selection of cocktails served with refined tapas such as bra sausage with pan bagnat or raw meat with mustard ice cream. The bar boasts an extensive collection of vermouth and high-quality liquors, producing its own branded spirits including Turin Gin and Noisette liqueur.
