The bar's striking concept reimagines Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland through the experiences of civil rights activist Ruby Bridges, with arresting murals by artist Erik Thor Sandberg depicting this powerful reinterpretation. Creative Director Deke Dunne crafts imaginative cocktails using advanced techniques including spherification, clarification, and forced carbonation, with concept menus that explore both literary and historical narratives.
