Ayawasca Cocktail Club

Ayawasca Cocktail Club is a tropical-inspired cocktail venue located at 19 Rue des Bahutiers in Bordeaux, founded on a vision inspired by an ayahuasca experience in the Ecuadorian jungle and featuring tiled, paneled, and marbled surfaces adorned with hanging vines creating soft industrial-tropical vibes. Mixologist Grégory Bruneau, formerly of Mama Shelter, creates inventive spicy cocktails including the Rambo with mezcal, chipotle, and peated whisky, priced from €12, alongside mocktails and tapas. Operating Sunday and Monday from 6 PM to 1 AM and Thursday to Saturday from 6 PM to 2 AM, the venue combines a sexy-cool atmosphere with an intimate basement room, regular DJ sets, and a small terrace for an approachable yet sophisticated evening experience.
