Bar at Eleven Madison Park

Clemente Bar is the cocktail expression from the acclaimed team behind Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park, located in the NoMad neighborhood above the Three Michelin Star dining room. Designed as a dual-concept space featuring a refined lounge and eight-seat tasting counter, the bar is adorned with ethereal, dreamlike abstract murals by contemporary Italian painter Francesco Clemente. Beverage director Sebastian Tollius creates minimalist yet technique-driven cocktails highlighting methods like clarification and ingredients from pandan to umeboshi. Guests can enjoy bar snacks or a multi-course prix-fixe menu priced at $225 per person paired with cocktails, with all seasonal dishes fully plant-based.
