Bar Gaspard

Bar Gaspard, located at 7 Boulevard Notre-Dame in Marseille's 13006 district, has become the city's reference point for cocktail excellence. Designed by Mamam with tiki-chic aesthetics, the bar features an azure blue ceiling, rope guardrails, wicker seating, hanging lobster traps, and palm tree wallpaper. Bartender Ben Colombani, formerly of Le Connaught, crafts inventive cocktails including a Japanese Margarita with yuzu and matcha tea, and a Gin Sour with vaporized cardamom. Cocktails and mocktails are reasonably priced at €8–12, and the bar welcomes guests Monday to Saturday from 6pm to 1:30am.
