Bar Jayda

Bar Jayda is an opulent cocktail bar in Melbourne's CBD created by restaurateur Shane Delia, named after his daughter. Located at 19 Bond Street next to the acclaimed restaurant Maha, the venue occupies a 1930s art deco building with split-level design featuring a sophisticated front bar with dark high-top tables and a curved green marble counter, flowing through an archway into a moody lounge with velvet seating. Master mixologist Orlando Marzo, a World Class Bartender of the Year finalist, crafted an exclusive menu of eight bespoke cocktails including creations like the Strawberry Cream Negroni with rose hip and blackberry leaves, and the Espress Yourself featuring clarified espresso and whey.
