Bar Las Brujas

Bar Las Brujas is an all-female-staffed cocktail bar in Mexico City's Roma Norte neighborhood, housed in the iconic Casa de las Brujas—a building earning its name from a peaked roof resembling a witch's hat. Opened in 2019 by prominent bar entrepreneur Walter Meyenberg, the venue channels the legacy of Pachita, a celebrated shaman once resident in the space. The botanical-driven cocktail list, inspired by Mexican herbalism and classics, features herb-forward creations honoring female Latin American writers and activists.
