Bar Pompette at 607 College Street in Toronto's Little Italy is a Parisian café-inspired cocktail establishment that achieved international recognition, ranking #55 on the World's 50 Best Bars list in 2025—the only Canadian bar on that year's roster. Opened in July 2021 by husband-and-wife team Jonathan and Martine Bauer, the elegant space features whitewashed brick walls, vintage wooden chairs, marble bartop, and pendant lighting.
