Bitters & Love is a pioneering craft cocktail bar located at 118 Telok Ayer Street in Singapore's Chinatown, operating as a leader in the city's burgeoning cocktail movement since 2012. Occupying the ground floor of a 19th-century shophouse, the venue combines expertly crafted cocktails with live electronic, house, and techno music from resident DJs. The bar is known for its distinctive presentation, serving cocktails in Singaporean-style plastic takeaway bags or garnished with fresh passion fruit and lychee halves. Craft offerings range from refreshing gin-based drinks like Yuzuhoni to bold creations such as the G55 Negroni using 55% ABV Geranium gin. Operating Wednesday through Saturday 6pm–midnight, Bitters & Love also features a curated food program and DIY cocktail kits, embodying the philosophy that visitors arrive as customers and depart as friends.
