The venue draws inspiration from Havana's rich rum heritage, with walls featuring vintage prints, a quirky sipping salon corner adorned with authentic retro hairdryers, and a grand house veranda aesthetic that establishes London's ultimate rum destination. Colorful cocktails and punches are served in bountiful vessels, offering guests an immersive experience rooted in Caribbean rum traditions. Located at 31 Duke Street, Burlock operates Wednesday to Saturday with extended hours (5pm-3am on Friday and Saturday), offering 2-4-1 cocktails during Thursday to Saturday happy hours. The venue hosts special events including Bottomless Wings nights and Carnival Brunch featuring 90 minutes of bottomless drinks, Caribbean-style food, live entertainment from carnival dancers, and a DJ afterparty.
