Castor Club is an unmarked speakeasy in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, identifiable only by large wooden doors and a discreet bouncer, concealing an intimate country hunting lodge aesthetic. Located at 14 rue Hautefeuille, the bar features wood-covered walls and ceilings, plush velvet booths, and rare spirits displayed alongside a taxidermied beaver. Owner Thomas Codsi crafts original cocktails built on house-made infusions and shrubs, including the popular Chirac 95 combining Calvados, Génépi, and apple shrub. The venue transforms into a weekend dance floor, maintaining a closed Monday schedule with extended Thursday-Saturday hours until 4am.
