Created by Joey Smith, the bar director also known for work at New York establishments, Chez Roc features an innovative cocktail menu blending classic concoctions with daring new creations, accompanied by light bites including small finger foods and raw oysters. The venue is enhanced by live pianists and DJ sets held Thursday through Saturday, creating an atmosphere of sophisticated elegance in Denver's upscale Cherry Creek district.
