Deadshot

Deadshot was a pioneering cocktail bar in Southeast Portland's Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood, created by Adam Robinson, which permanently closed on November 8, 2025. The industrial-vibe bar was recognized in Condé Nast Traveler's 2018 list of Portland's thirteen best bars for its innovative cocktail creations incorporating unexpected global flavors. Notable drinks included the Who is Jack Nance?, a whiskey sour with sherry, sesame, and mustard, alongside cocktails featuring ingredients such as bitter melon, galangal, and pandan, representing a distinctive approach to mixology that influenced Portland's cocktail scene.
