Dynaco is a deliberately under-the-radar cocktail bar in Bed-Stuy with no phone, no website, and no flashy signage, occupying a cozy space illuminated by dim lighting and a wood-burning fireplace. The intimate venue, including a back room called the Tinder Box featuring a romantic fireplace setting, eschews elaborate cocktail menus and gastropub concoctions in favor of simple daily cocktail specials and classic beers. Committed to the ritual of a quality drink in a beautiful room, Dynaco strips away televisions and gimmicks, offering only chocolate cake and Goldfish crackers as food, operating cash-only on a Mon-Fri 5pm-2am and Sat-Sun 4pm-2am schedule.
