Foundry Project is a contemporary, urban, industrial bar and restaurant located in the Northern Quarter at Smithfield Market Hall, designed as a £500K transformation of the historic Old Smithfield Market building. The venue combines laid-back daytime vibes with an electric atmosphere by night, featuring stripped-back interiors with exposed beams and polished concrete. Foundry Project serves gourmet burgers, stone-baked pizzas, and creative cocktails alongside margaritas made for sharing, with the UK's first Estrella beer tank providing an impressive centrepiece. Open daily from noon onwards, the venue hosts team socials, business meetings, birthdays, and celebrations in a buzzing environment inspired by Manchester's industrial heritage.
