Fréquence is a vinyl-centric cocktail bar founded by Matthieu Biron and Guillaume Quenza in Paris's 11th arrondissement at 20 rue Keller, dedicating its space to great cocktails and carefully curated record collections. The interior features exposed stone walls, Danish furniture, industrial lighting, and raw concrete floors stacked floor-to-ceiling with vinyl records that bartenders spin while crafting cocktails. Eight original cocktail creations priced at 12 euros pair with classic whisky and umeshu highballs, while the Brooklyn-inspired industrial aesthetic attracts serious cocktail enthusiasts. The bar operates Tuesday-Saturday 6pm-2am (until 4am weekends) and accepts walk-ins only.
