Fuglen Tokyo

Fuglen Tokyo is a Scandinavian café and cocktail bar established in 2012 in the Tomigaya area of Shibuya, near Yoyogi Park. The venue seamlessly transitions from daytime coffee haven to evening cocktail destination, featuring Norwegian-made furniture from the 1940s-1970s that creates a vintage Scandinavian ambiance. The menu spans light roasted coffee, baked goods, and Norwegian brown cheese throughout the day, with cocktails served from 7 AM onward. Notable drinks include Paris Tokyo, blending gin with oolong-infused cassis and Norwegian sake, and the 7-Finger Death Punch combining sake and cachaca infused with Japanese shichimi spice, orange juice, and shoyu, reflecting the bar's creative fusion of Scandinavian and Japanese influences.
