Funkidory

Funkidory is a laid-back, owner-run cocktail bar in Peckham, established in 2018 by Sergio and Anna as an independent neighbourhood favourite. The cosy interior features avocado-hued walls reminiscent of 1970s design, warm inviting lighting, wooden tables, mismatched cushions, and impressive fern decor creating a lounge-like atmosphere. The bar serves inventive cocktails crafted with local ingredients, including mead from Gosnells and Little Bird Gin, paired with a carefully curated playlist of funk, hip hop, and soul music. Beyond cocktails, Funkidory houses a bottle and vinyl record shop where patrons can purchase natural wines and vinyl records, combining a social drinking space with independent retail. Open Tuesday-Saturday 5pm-midnight, Funkidory embodies community-focused hospitality and locally-sourced craft in a distinctly bohemian South London setting.
