Gallery Bespoke Cocktail Bar, located at 95 Phùng Hưng in Hanoi's Old Quarter, opened in June 2019 as the city's first bespoke cocktail establishment. The two-floor space features a distinctive 13-meter timber bar counter, plush retro leather seating, and framed artwork creating an art gallery environment ideal for special occasions. Cocktail offerings are organized by flavor profiles—sweet, sour, herbal, floral, and spiced—while guests can also purchase bottles of premium spirits and request personalized bespoke cocktails served with playful lollipop garnishes. The venue operates daily from 6:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with live music and DJ performances regularly featured on the upper level.
