Gin Lane

Gin Lane occupies one of Chippendale's beautifully restored heritage terraces on Kensington Street, inspired by 18th-century gin palaces with black, teal and brass interiors. The venue showcases up to 80 gins served as classic gin and tonics on draught or in signature cocktails created by owner and mixologist Grant Collins, known for sensory-driven drinks with elaborate presentations. Complementing the spirit collection is proper British comfort food including fish and chips with cod, pork pies with HP sauce mayonnaise, and scotch eggs, with intimate rooms upstairs featuring leather couches and historic artwork.
