Gold Bar at EDITION

Gold Bar at EDITION, opening in 2023 in Tokyo's Toranomon district, seats up to 83 guests on the ground floor of the luxury EDITION Hotel. The interior features predominantly black finishes inspired by traditional Japanese cedar charring, accented with Spanish black stone marble and white and gold flourishes, with a gold-leaf artwork focal point at the fireplace. Drawing inspiration from the 'Golden Age' of cocktails, the menu elevates classics like Martini, Daiquiri, and Manhattan with contemporary techniques and local Japanese flavors, including signature drinks such as Mugi & Shoga featuring dark rum with smokey barley shochu and ginger, and Pinot & Two Grapes combining bourbon with pinot noir and local concord grapes. The bar has received consecutive recognition on Asia's 50 Best Bars' extended list since its debut.
