Gucci Giardino 25 is an all-day café and cocktail bar in Piazza della Signoria, combining Tuscan tradition with French bistro refinement in a space honoring its former incarnation as a flower shop. The intimate room accommodates up to 16 guests and features peacock-blue chairs and sofas around marble tables with 18th-century-style wainscoting. Bar Manager Martina Bonci creates signature cocktails including the Mémoire di Negroni, a Florence-inspired creation with yuzu sake, gin, bitters, and vermouth, and the alcohol-free Bloom mocktail. Flowering displays grace tables and the bar throughout, maintaining the botanical spirit of the space while offering Gucci's distinctive creative approach to contemporary cocktail culture.
