Herbārijs is a distinctive plant-inspired concept bar café occupying the 8th-floor rooftop terrace of Galleria Riga, housed in a glass greenhouse that creates an orangerie atmosphere year-round. Chef Žanis-Raivo Behmanis crafted the menu around local, seasonal, and simple flavor compositions that merge with a cocktail menu inspired by the plant world—featuring flowers, peppers, fruits, spices, and herbs. With stunning panoramic views of the city skyline and minimalist decor enhanced by tropical plants, the venue offers a unique greenhouse-like setting for cocktails and contemporary cuisine.
