The venue featured four distinct bars, a beer garden, and offered an extensive range of premium spirits with live music entertainment and multiple function spaces. Known for its excellent quality cocktails and sophisticated atmosphere, Heritage Exchange served as a significant cultural landmark in Townsville's dining and entertainment scene before closing its doors indefinitely in January 2026.
