Hujan Locale is a refined dining establishment in Ubud helmed by chef Will Meyrick, celebrating Indonesian cuisine through modern interpretation of traditional street food recipes. Located steps from Ubud Palace on Jalan Sri Wedari, the two-story venue features an intimate ground-floor dining area inspired by Old Jakarta with a chic bar counter and vintage aesthetics, plus rooftop views of local temples. The signature dishes include beef rendang and Balinese-style seafood served family-style in shareable portions. The bar serves classic cocktails with Indonesian hospitality using locally-foraged ingredients, with drinks named after iconic albums such as Sgt. Peppers and Let it Bleed, delivered via a moving cart. All-day dining operates 12 p.m.–10 p.m. with the bar open until 11 p.m.
