Located on central Via Ripetta, the venue combines French elegance with traditional Roman cuisine, offering over 600 different amaro labels alongside an extensive list of amaro-forward and experimental cocktails. Led by barlady Désirée Verdecchia, a veteran from Salotto 42, the establishment pairs classic and innovative cocktail creations with the restaurant's seasonal dishes, bridging gastronomy and mixology in an atmosphere inspired by the film "Il Marchese del Grillo."
