Led by beverage director Jessica Gonzalez, formerly of Manhattan's Nomad and Death & Co, the bar serves tiki classics like Painkillers and Mai Tais alongside proprietary creations made with fresh juices and syrups. The food program blends Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisines with Americana classics, reflecting a collaborative vision by chef and owner Michael Kelly, his wife Alex, and executive chef Maggie Lloyd.
