Jettison is an intimate cocktail den located in the Sylvan Thirty complex in West Dallas, housed at 1878 Sylvan Ave. This sophisticated yet unpretentious bar channels a romantic, moody aesthetic with vinyl spinning throughout the space. Founded in 2016 by Sean Henry of Houndstooth Coffee, the bar reopened in July 2025 with a no-reservations policy and expanded programming featuring seasonal chef pop-up dinners. The thoughtfully curated cocktail menu showcases classic creations like the Red Headed Oaxacan, a mezcal-forward hybrid drink.
