Kaito del Valle is an innovative cocktail bar in the Juárez neighborhood of Mexico City, recently relocated and expanded after nine years in its original Del Valle location. Founded in 2016 as Latin America's first bar operated entirely by women and recognized by North America's 50 Best Bars since 2022, Kaito draws inspiration from Japanese izakayas with a modern aesthetic featuring neon signage, hand-painted kanji, and custom glassware. The menu highlights signature cocktails crafted with Japanese ingredients and sake, complemented by izakaya-style dishes including sushi, okonomiyaki, and shareable snacks.
