Kessaku is a 60-seat Japanese sake and sushi lounge perched on the 50th floor of The National in downtown Dallas, accessible through Monarch on the 49th floor at The Thompson Dallas. The intimate speakeasy-style space boasts 360-degree panoramic views of the Dallas skyline from the historic observation deck, designed to evoke the sophisticated allure of a hidden London club. Created by chefs Danny Grant and Hari Chan, Kessaku offers meticulously prepared sushi using fresh, globally sourced fish paired with artisanal rice, complemented by a world-class collection of craft cocktails, sake, and Japanese whiskey. The name "Kessaku" means masterpiece in Japanese, reflecting the establishment's lavish attention to detail and refined aesthetic. Hours vary by day, with service Tuesday through Thursday from 6 PM to 11 PM and Friday through Saturday until midnight.
