Kol Mezcaleria

Kol Mezcaleria is a premium basement bar located at 9 Seymour Street in Marylebone, operated as the bar extension of the acclaimed Michelin-starred Kol restaurant. The space features rustic yet refined stone walls adorned with succulents, creating an authentic homage to Mexico's mezcal bar tradition. The bar showcases an impressive selection of Mexican agave spirits alongside gins, whiskies, and rums from Mexico, all crafted into innovative cocktails by bar manager Matthias Ingelmann using wild, seasonal British ingredients. A small Antojitos menu complements the drinks with chef Lastra's contemporary take on Mexican street food, open Tuesday-Wednesday 5pm-midnight and Thursday-Saturday until 1am.
