Le Florian is a Prohibition-era-inspired cocktail bar located at 4 Place de la Baleine in Vieux Lyon's historic UNESCO heritage district, occupying a 15th-century building at the corner of a discreet street. Since 2012, the venue has established itself as a beloved destination featuring creative cocktails, fresh-ingredient preparations, and a charming terrace overlooking the square. The design draws inspiration from Venice's legendary Caffè Florian in St. Mark's Square, creating an elegant atmosphere complemented by seasonal cocktail menus developed by skilled bartenders. Operating 7 days a week from 3:00 pm to 2:00 am (extending to 3:00 am Thursday-Saturday), with a small selection of gourmet snacks available alongside its curated spirit selection.
