Le Grisbi is a premier cocktail bar in Lyon's Presqu'île district near Hôtel de Ville metro, inspired by prohibition-era speakeasies. The establishment specializes in mixology using exclusively French spirits, liqueurs, and champagne—over 200 bottles total—with seasonal cocktail menus changing four times yearly. The intimate setting features a concrete counter, plush Chesterfield sofas, and soft ambient lighting. Beyond cocktails, the venue offers locally sourced tapas and charcuterie, premium cigars, and live music ranging from jazz and blues to rock and electronic sets. Cocktail-making workshops and private event hosting are also available. Open Tuesday-Saturday, 6 PM–1 AM.
