Le Loup, meaning "the wolf," is a vintage-inspired craft cocktail destination opened in early 2022 in Germantown, located directly above The Optimist with a custom underwater mural and rich, immersive colorful accents throughout. The cocktail menu features 50 drinks divided into four sections—Originals, Classics, Forgotten Classics, and Tributes—ranging from $12–$19 with zero-proof options at $7–$9, classically inspired drinks executed with distinctive flair. The venue offers light seafood and upscale snacks including oysters, crudo, beef tartare, fish dip, and crab claws, creating a sophisticated alternative to traditional bar fare.
