Named after the brigands who historically roamed the Parco Pollino between Lucania and Calabria, the venue features a notebook menu of classic cocktails from the 1800s and 1900s, with explanations of ingredients and history, showcasing less common creations like the Clover Club, Ramos Gin Fizz, and Sazerac.
