Les folies d'Edmonde

Les Folies d'Edmonde is a sophisticated cocktail bar housed in a 17th-century vaulted cellar in Old Nice, a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais. The intimate venue offers four house-created signature cocktails alongside classic drinks, complemented by a thoughtfully developed mocktail menu made with the same craft as alcoholic offerings. The bar is owner-operated and produces its own syrups and infusions. Entertainment features regularly rotate every two weeks and include live bands, DJ sets, karaoke, drag shows, and open-stage jam sessions, with private event hosting available.
