Low Down

Low Down is a small, intimate cocktail bar at 65 Simcoe Street in Collingwood, Ontario, deliberately designed with a maximum group size of six people to preserve an exceptional drinking experience. Operated on a first-come, first-served basis by owners Cassie MacKell and Jeff Beltran, the venue features curated cocktails and seasonal drink selections. Happy hour runs Monday through Saturday from 4–6 PM, currently featuring a Spritz Summer with five rotating options at $9 each. The intimate setting prioritizes personal service and conversation, with online takeout ordering available and a waitlist system when at capacity.
