Mimi Kakushi is a Japanese restaurant and bar located in the Four Seasons Resort, named after a 1920s Osaka hairstyle that embodies East-West fusion through its décor, acclaimed cuisine, and award-winning cocktails. The venue ranks No. 36 on the World's 50 Best Bars 2025. The signature Kori Kakushi Martini—also called the Shadrach—features gin infused with Japanese ume and vermouth, served at the sub-zero temperature of –20°C in a frozen block of ice, earning recognition as one of the world's coldest martinis. The current cocktail menu draws inspiration from 1920s cinema, with 11 drinks presented on movie reels alongside a selection of innovative libations crafted with Japanese precision and artistry.
