Old Glory is an innovative cocktail bar ingeniously designed within a historic 1920s laundry boiler room at 1200 Villa Place, preserving original industrial elements including electrical boxes, coal hoppers, and smoke stacks within its quirky, industrial-chic aesthetic. Accessed through an alleyway marked only by a large golden triangle, the full bar emphasizes specialty cocktails complemented by small-plate food options such as escabeche, smoked baby potatoes, house lox plate, and house meat plate. The Soler sisters transformed the forgotten space into a brilliant lounge bar open daily from 5:00 pm–1:00 am, creating an authentic underground drinking experience with distinctive character.
