Palmer & Co. is a subterranean speakeasy located beneath Establishment in Sydney's CBD, transporting guests into the roaring 1920s. The venue features period-authentic design including floor mosaics, vintage glassware, aged mirrors, and taxidermy throughout. Award-winning bartenders create classic 1920s and 1930s cocktails alongside barrel-aged specials, with staff dressed in suspenders and hats that enhance the immersive era atmosphere. Access begins with walking down an alleyway through a nondescript door before descending underground, creating a truly clandestine experience. The venue accommodates up to 150 guests for private celebrations, product launches, and cocktail parties.
