Opened in August 2022, the bar has rapidly ascended Asia's cocktail rankings, climbing to number 8 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025 and earning the Nikka Highest Climber Award, while also debuting at number 98 on the World's 50 Best Bars extended list. Led by Jon Lee, the team prioritizes five fundamental pillars—alcohol, flavor, taste, body, and dilution—using carefully selected seasonal ingredients to craft timeless cocktails that balance precision with creativity in a sophisticated, modern aesthetic.
