Percy's & Co. in historic Ballard is an apothecary-inspired cocktail bar and restaurant celebrating the neighborhood's rich bar heritage, occupying the building that once housed The Ballard Bar (1898) and operated as a speakeasy during Prohibition. The bar specializes in craft cocktails featuring botanical elements like rosemary gin, sage bourbon, and thyme-infused spirits alongside craft beers, wines, and Southern-inspired dinner and brunch fare. Restored in 2013 to preserve historic character while combining nostalgic Ballard history with modern craft mixology, the venue includes a heated and covered patio for events and operates nightly with extended happy hours and weekend brunch.
