Philadelphia Distilling, established in 2005, is Pennsylvania's first craft distillery since Prohibition, operating at 25 E. Allen Street with a secondary location at King of Prussia Mall. The upscale industrial venue features a fourth-floor cocktail lab with Ben Franklin Bridge views, offering tasting room experiences, distillery tours, cocktail classes, and a full retail component. The distillery produces gins, absinthes, amaros, vodka, and rye, with a philosophy that craftsmanship connects art and science in authentic spirit-making, open Thursday–Sunday 4–11 PM (extended Saturday–Sunday hours).
